I had noticed we had hail damage to our roof after taking off our Christmas lights. We contacted the insurance company and they agreed to pay for some of the roof. I had 3 people come out for estimates and Zack was the only one who stated if any more damage was found, he would contact the inspection company directly for me (the 2 others weren’t interested in dealing with any part of the insurance company). Zack inspected the entire outside of my house and found a few more damages to the house and contacted the adjuster immediately to send over his findings. He is extremely dedicated to making a huge project an easy experience for his customers. The day of the inspection, his workers came over early and worked all day. They answered any questions we had and worked their butts off. The day before and the day after, Zack make sure to come to my house for the drop off and pick up of the dumpster/ equipment to make sure everything went smoothly. He even cleaned up any trash left behind and swept again for any hiding nails/metal. If I could hire Zack and his crew for all my home projects, I absolutely would! -Kelly & Kenny
